I have rang the restaurant and they have given us another 2 seats per table!!!
Hi sparkleing sapphires, I can not contact you personally, I might be the wrong gender? Anyway this means I can fit you on either seating but you need to let me know ASAP, as there are still people signinbg up for this event and it is first in best dressed.
Phil and losenut I have added in your guests,, losenut plus 2 and phil plus 1.
Now we have 3 seats spare at this time, I can not say at which table until I hear back from Sparkleing.

Here is a copy of the original email explaining about the 2 seatings for dinner.
have great news !!!!!! I have booked Cactus Jacks for 2 seatings one is for 6P.M. and the other is for 8P.M. Thanks Maxine for the idea!!
The bookings are for a table of 30, therefore we are able to seat 60 all up.
The manager of the restaurant has asked that we be seated by 6P.M. so they can take our orders and get us looked after in time for our second group. Therefore you need to be there by 5:30 P.M. for the first group and it would be good if the second group can all be there on time so the first group are not too gooooone by time the second group join them. There is a small bar at the restaurant if you are there a little early.
The booking is under POF.
I need everybody to let me know which seating they would like to be in,, it is a first in bested dressed basis. I will be there from 5:15 so I can greet everybody. I will let you know when a table fills up, the management have assured me that they will do whatever possible to help our night go smoothly, so please make sure you are on time.
Please let me know A.S.A.P. which seating you would prefer,

Merchant sorry but the 8P.M. seating is now full. There are still 2 seats in the 6P.M. seating you wish or you can be on standby for the 8P.M. seating in case somebody doesn't turn up. It's up to you.

which means that sapphires could have had the 6P.M. seating and merchans could be on the 8 P.M. seating.
