I think the off-putting part of your remarks is that you are insinuating that the woman who likes to shave is trying to look like a prepubescent and/or that the men who enjoy a shaved woman are somehow actually attracted to prepubescent girls.

Personally I like to shave because it feels cleaner, it is more sensitive and I think it looks nicer than a big hairy beaver. I can assure you that even when I shave it all off (I usually keep a line of hair or small triangle) my **** does not in any way resemble a prepubescent girl.

You argue that 12-year-olds don't look like grown women. When talking about a shaved vagina, it should have been obvious that only the pubic area should be compared, not the face, hands, feet or any other parts. It will be hard to make a point by comparing vagina pictures to try to separate the girls from the women, as it is likely illegal. Perhaps a few wrinkles or some stubble will give away the true age of a woman, but if that is not the case, do they look so much different? Would you always pick right? I grew up near nude beaches, and I second BDJ's point, especially since shaving private parts was not very common there. When I encountered the first naired beaver, I had exactly the same thoughts and it took some getting used to it. It is still not my preference.

Likewise you talk about 15 year olds who still are children. Nobody was talking about their inner maturity, just the looks, and you admitted that they can look like grown women, yet you refuse to acknowledge the opposite. It is one thing to have a preference and quite another to state facts. BDJ was very clear that his preference against shaving stems from a factual resemblance (shaved = young), and that he does not mind someone else's differing likings.

As far as the vagina area is concerned I disagree with "women don't look like girls, even if they shave".

Grown women's vaginas do NOT look like girl vaginas, even if the women shave.

I don't have a problem at all with someone having a preference for shaved or unshaved. I was objecting to BDJ's inferences that the women who shave and the men who are with them are into pre-pubescents.

I find it intriguing that you say a man that likes his woman "shaved" must be interested in young girls.

Leaving out the surroundings (hips, belly area, etc.) and discarding giveaways like wrinkles, nicks, stubble and the like, what is so different? I noticed that the labia on shaved vaginas tend to be less prominent, and thus I would have a harder time guessing the age of the woman from close-up pictures of shaved genitalia.
