Some cultures, religious backgrounds, etc. see it as forbidden. Not an acceptable thing to do. Perhaps he can learn the joys in time.
Only way to get anywhere with him is to really talk about what you want. If it's really important to you that he goes down on you (and why wouldn't it be?), but he refuses to even consider it let alone begin learning, then you're better off without him because it will not get better. | |

Maybe he had a bad previous experience, maybe his culture finds it unacceptable (there are patriarchal cultures that consider giving a woman oral unacceptable). Maybe he doesn't know how or is afraid to be bad at it...or maybe he's just a selfish douchebag.

I know this is a broad range question and that some people have very serious issues related to oral sex from bad experiences or sexual "trauma" of some kind but believe me .....if you like oral and your partner doesn't join in the fun....you are headed for the demise of the relationship through pure frustration.
