Posted: 8/11/2008 4:55:03 PM | | well I'd have to say first that I never have even decided to meet someone yet but I think the answer to your question might be that everyone of us one here are feeling lonely , hurt,and or rejected and that has caused us all to be somewhat insecure .So I'd say that the guys and girls that have done that ,had more of a problem with their image ,as in i know he/she isn't gonna like me as much as they thought , so they get scared and back out. I'm not in anyway condoning this but your question was why and I think that is more likely the problem than them not liking you. I mean heck they must have liked something about you or they wouldn't have talked in the first place . So my advise if you'd like it is take it slower type on here for a while before calling make sure that everyone is on their own comfort level and then proceed.
