"looking for someone sane" cause yeah crazy people know they are crazy.
"looking for great personality" im the most shallow guy on here but im keeping it a secret.
"no head games" im damaged
"looking for friends just take it slow" i used to be a slut but im trying to be different for a week or two | |

One never knows.... I've met a couple of guys from POF that looked like they had been rolling around in the dirt a time or two, and not bathed in days. Wheeweeeee.................
I also love the ones that say "I am handsome", or I am "beautiful"....
Bragging on themselves, and making themselves appear to be better perhaps, or are they trying to convice me, or themselves with that line?
Me, I'll make up my own decision on that one....
Or... I never hit a woman, or kicked a dog....
Nope...you just kicked and hit everything else including the walls in your home, and put a fist into your vehicle.........
And I'm a good hearted person....
Ok...better than being a bad hearted one, or is your heart about to give out?

Ya me too, I didn't borrow anyone elses....
Ok...I could go on and on here.....
So guess it takes all kinds, in this fun loving, good looking,good hearted, people world, who have half full glasses, laid back, and perfect.........   | |

I always thought they were for those who lacked originality and/or sufficient self-awareness to actually describe themselves so they pull trite adjectives out of the communal profile sack to form a single paragraph profile that usually finishes with "just ask me."

I once met a woman on another site who claimed "plays well with others". She was one of the rudest women I have ever met in my life; the type of woman who rminds most guys of the ex-wife. In her case two guys can claim that distinction. I'm glad I wasn't one of them. | |

Posted: 9/13/2008 12:57:56 AM | Down to earth and Laid back, very common, just letting people know they're lazy and plain maybe? it's overused but not really annoying like:
1. "cuddling by the fire with a good glass of wine" (egh)
2. "going for a ride on my harley" ..(that'd be the day)
3. "looking for fun"...always makes me think of merry-go-rounds and circus clowns.
4. "Just looking around to see what's out there" (what, are they buying a car?)
5. "No crazy people" :|
