First, Congrats to Obama..!!! He will forever be embedded in history for this event as well as Hillary.

That said, while I believe a Obama/Clinton ticket would be a sure winner (though not getting my vote) as I don't believe that it would be best for the country or Obama. In my short-sided view of things I see many differences in they way they think as the methods for resolving healthcare, war, and employment, and don't believe that the Clinton Machine (Honestly, they are one) are going to be willing to abandon and resolve to carrying out Obama's mission. I personaly believe it would undermine Obama's direction agree with it or not.

That said, whoever the VP candidate may be as we get closer to the election I am hoping that the talking points of 'change' and the continuation of Bush are not all they are going to run on. This is going to run out of gas real fast when they start having the debates as McCain is a far cry Bush (and also not my pick of republican offerings).

Im looking forward to hearing real meat and potatoes about issues from both of them and hoping either one of them will give me a reason to put my shoes on to go vote.

There's my .02. Regardless of the outcome we can all certainly expect to be entertained and divided for a while. I just hope who ever wins can get it done. The politics of running this country is just to thick for the expense it costs.
