Take your time and let things happen naturally. Don't tell her you are jealous of your brother having a girlfriend, and don't talk about how desperate you are to find love. Just enjoy each other's conversations and company and give, give, give in terms of communication and conveying what's on your mind. Oh, and if I can give you any solid advice here it's to not profess your love to a woman too soon. It's important that she's comfortable with you and thinks along the same lines before you drop that sort of bomb on a girl, because if she's not in that frame of mind you are likely to scare her off. At that point it's over and you'll likely never gain what you had with her back. Baby steps, big guy. Have fun at the convention. | |

When the time is right for you it will happen... try not to dwell on it and just relax a little about the messages and such. What may seem like a long time for you may not seem that way for someone else, the right person will find you with any luck; don't push the contacts... and try to take things slower.
Your profile is really good and the pictures are nice as well, so trust in both of them... let the online thing work for you.

Posted: 7/21/2008 7:12:54 PM | Hi Tim... you can have up to 8 pictures so go ahead and have your family take some of you outside doing some of the things that interest you, such as cycling or hiking. You could add a nice smiling close~up for your main photo as well.

It's not really finding a girlfriend that I am having issues with. It's getting myself a girlfriend ever since this one Internet date vanished on me 4 and half years ago. It's been impossible since than.
I think that it's a matter of having things in common. If one more girl is not interested in me I will tear my hair out. I think that it's autism and they clearly guess it. | |
