Seriously fishies! Shell keeps this kick butt data base of all who have signed up for parties in the past...and she adds to it for each party, based on the sign ups lists. If you send her your real name, she can add it to the tag with your username!
So how is this helpful?? Well, for one...those "shy" sorts who may spy you at the party, but want to get ahold of you through POF...they need your names! ;)
And honestly...it is just so much easier at these functions to be able to glance at a tag and know who it is!

I have a paddle for the birthday line ups...and speaking of such...sometime this evening I will post the FINAL BIRTHDAY CELEBRANTS LIST! After that, no names will be able to be added to the things that have to be pre-ordered or pre-done. :) So if you have an August birthday, please shoot me an email or post here!
Also, I believe Shell is cutting off the name tags sign up on WED at latest.
By the way...for those staying at the Strat...they have a pool as well, so don't forget your suits! Please honor all posted rules and hours!! :) Another group actually lost their welcome for a year for after hours pool play! Anyone doing such will be banned from all future Strat parties, so let's not take the chance! LOL (as tempting as it is!)
And finally...on decorating...I will be doing the majority of the decorating on THURSDAY from about 9:30 a.m. to 3:30. ANYONE who wishes to help and may be available on Thursday, please shoot me a line! I would love to have some assistance with putting out tables/chairs, minimally. After 3:30, the ballroom will be locked up until Friday and last minute things will be completed on Friday. :) | |

I told him about the set up with the drinks being $1 from 7 to 9 and how there will be some food served.....AND of course a PROFESSIONAL PHTOTGRAPHER there... SO remember to bring money so that you can get your pic taken with friends or alone or however... 5x7 only $5 ..can't beat that one!
talking about FOOD...can someone tell me what is the menu for the evening... but wait no matter what it is, since there is NO charge for the food I best not hear one complaint about it.. if it is not to your liking.. fork up the dough... ...I mean money!! | |

Susie...the menu is updated on message one...Fried Chicken and the fixins (mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies, salad, etc.).....decided to go more with a dinner than appetizers, this time around. :) And yes, if this is not to someone's liking...the full bar menu is available as well!
Speaking of...for the early birds checkin in on Thu or early Fri...the Strats happy hour kicks butt...domestic bottles for $1.50 as well as an "adult happy meal" which is a humongous burger, fries, and a beer! :) | |
