| If everything when to crap Posted: 9/22/2008 3:42:14 PM | Ancient Muse- if you've ever had to survive after a major hurricane, you quickly understand what it takes, before AND after. It's pretty much the same as surviving Zombies Especially if your particular city has a fairly average population of indigents/druggies/whackos/crackheads.
After Hurricane Ivan there were several nights where I had to rack a round just to scare off prowlers...a 12-gauge pump is MOST wonderful for scaring them off before having to "Light Up Their Lives". After Erin & Opal I only had my At-Work pistol so the only warning they got was the hammer being pulled back and me saying..."That's the quietest sound a .357 makes...wanna hear the other or do you want to start running now??"
I prefer not to blast anyone if I don't have to...but I have absolutely no problem with it. My family & the Army taught me well. It's just all that dang paperwork that goes along with a shooting that I hate and would rather not fill out...so I like to give 'em a chance.

I still think your obsessed with zombies ! Isn't there any 12-step programs for addictions like this ?
Maybe along the lines of : Anti-Shaun-of-the-Dead meetings, or something ?
