that we find deplorable. I'm sorry, but on the first few dates a guy does not know if you're woth pursuing, and that outlook on life probably doesn't help your case. In the end it is not about the money. Many men spend money on things they don't want or need. That fact that you would not even consider chipping in even as a social gesture says a lot about you. It seems that you think that a man spending money on you somehow shows affection or interest.
