Just a thought...I keep being asked about a pre-meet for those who don't want to go into Bar Rogue alone. MA308, ROSIE429 & I are all staying over in the Britannia so will be in the vicinity. If any ladies or indeed men   (they don't have a "nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more" icon  ) wants to meet up in one of the bars closeby beforehand rather than walking in alone either send me a message or post a reply on here and we can sort something out.
It's sooooooooooooo friendly at these meets and no-one needs to feel nervous but if you feel like chink chinking and breaking the ice beforehand give me a shout. Maria  | |

Posted: 7/23/2008 2:41:19 PM | For anyone wanting pre meet drinkies, I'd recommend Kro Bar - it's only over the road on Piccadilly Gardens. Or there's a Yates' in the next door building to the Britannia, but it's been a while since I've been in there!!!
Looks like a massive sign up - and Dunc - looks like I'll be there earlier than I originally thought (along with 3 girlies!!) | |
