I fractured my clavicle in four places during a match once. My shoulder became deformed as a result so now I really can't do any kind of violent contact sports now.

| who trains martial arts in here-what did u/do u train in Posted: 6/24/2009 12:02:49 AM | | I've been doing it for about 5 years now and I practice 5 days a week 6 hours a day. for training I go to the beach and find a wood or concrete post about 2.5 feet high and I do about 500 crane kids. but before I do it I have to wear my bandana. I also try and catch flies with chopsticks. after catching it, I release it and try to catch it again, and again. I do 2000 wax ons, and 3000 wax offs... when I say 'HI-ya! i say it as loud as I can that you can see veins poping out of my forehead and neck. | |

| who trains martial arts in here-what did u/do u train in Posted: 6/24/2009 9:16:27 PM | Unbelievable. After Wresting in the Big Ten for 4 years and the Olympic trials I often find myself laughing at posts like this. And women actually buy into your crap. They often pick the wrong guys don't they.
I have confidently choked out all of the guys that have posted in my past...maybe not the same guys but the same numbers. "Fifth degree black belt". Thank you! I can sleep now with a smile on my face and my lady can laugh at your nonsence tonight.

| who trains martial arts in here-what did u/do u train in Posted: 7/7/2009 6:11:31 PM | I train in BJJ and MMA and practice my techniques in both 4 days a week, for 6 hours a day.
The other days I spend improving my conditioning by running, swimming, and lifting the odd weights to keep my muscle mass.
I even used to fit this around my college education until I left.

I also try and catch flies with chopsticks. after catching it, I release it and try to catch it again, and again.
