| | So i was dumped todayPage 2 of 2 (1, 2) | I dont get this crossing the friends barrier phenomenon :( It seems such a western hangup. I cross the friendship barrier all the time when Im in latin america and then jump back to being friends with no real fallout because latin women are usually very civil and practical about this whole issue. I guess I been spoilt by their understanding natures. But oh well I will never get this whole thing about westerners making such a big deal about this friendship going to the next level and then fizzling out.
If you ask me a friendship that fizzles out because of something so big and unmanageable as love, then it was never true friendship at all, because changing your perception about someone just because it didn't work out sounds very pretentious to me at best. They are still the same person as before, don't punish them by excommunicating yourself or them because they aren't your dream girl or dream guy anymore.

Don't pursue her , you will regret it.
If you don't give her the "fuzzies" what can you do ?
Go find someone who does get the fuzzies....
Save yourself a lot of stress by letting her go... especially if she wants to go.
