Posted: 8/13/2008 5:48:50 PM | I asked the folks when I reserved the site about getting in early . .. she said "No problem as there is no one scheduled to be in your site the day before (Thursday)!"
I also saw references to a gate & key card or something - the lady said to see the host for the east side and they would have everything!
I think I will make a pot of slightly spiced up ham and beans - something warm to go with all the other stuff for the pot-luck - - any problems with that? If there are, at least "I" will have something to eat!  | |

I saw a post on here that there were three young ladies needing a place to sleep - I don't know if I will be alone or not !!!
If'n I don't find someone (and so far my chances have been slim and none  I am really not that bad of a fella! ), then I guess I can get some sleep if the rest of you will hold the noise down to a dull roar!  | |

sunblock - a NEW bottle this time!
swimsuit
hat
lots of water
other drinks
cooler with lots of ice
meat
chips & other snacks
....about half of these things are already in my car - what's to pack?

I think it is gonna be some kinda party camp out!!!
Guess I better get all the sleep I can tonight . . .. . don't sound like they are gonna let me get any sleep til I get home on Sunday!

Looks like the first Left is the drive to the campground - you will pass the park maintenance building. Hope you get this & it helps - call my cell if you need help! | |
