Posted: 6/26/2008 5:39:07 PM | | Jimm's surgery went well with no surprises. He is having a lot of pain and they are trying to find a medication that works for him. He has had a few fever's, not sure if they are flu related or surgery related so he is still in the hospital. | |

I know the immediate shock of the accident is over. But it will truly take alot of time for everyone to heal. I wish there was more that I could do. Maybe an adress to send cards or something to. I am a baker hmm pies,cookies. You know something for comfort.
Please let me know if I there is anything I can do.

Jimm kept saying over and over again ~ I need a nurse!!!!! And a sponge bath!!!!!

Posted: 7/2/2008 7:19:39 PM | | Just spoke with Jimm, he sounded great. Has some follow up appoinments just to get the kinks worked out but is doing much better. Jimm will be staying with Beth for a short while, he said he would like to be there until he no longer needs pain medication & can get out and drive himself around. Michelle is also doing better at home with her kids. They all have a long road of recovery however they are all on the mend. | |

Maybe if I call him and offer to come over and give him a sponge bath everyday until he's up and around it will speed the healing process and he can get another cookout going!  | |
