We would kinda like to know the head count before the party so we can get a handle on how many we might have. We have capacity for 320 and It is unlikely that we will exceed that. We would like everyone to regester but that is not a requirement. As far as dress code, There will probably be everything from Jeans to Business Suits. There is a lot of information in the Header on Page one of the Party Profile. We will be posting other information there as it becomes available. Keep checking it every day or two. Posted: 7/6/2008 12:43:24 PM | 50/50 shot I'll be there. I have a wedding to go to in hot springs that afternoon and I have to be dressed rather oddly for it. And it's outside. So if I have time to get by the house and get cleaned up I'll try to get by there. We'll probably end up in the river market anyway that night so I imagine I'll stop in for a few minutes later on.
On the other hand I start a new job about that time where I should be around just about every weekend, not just one a month, so I should be able to make it to some in the future. As long as ya'll don't mind a punk kid showin up  | |

We will have these services available for every POFer and we would like you to sign in but that is your choice. It really doesn't matter if others come to the party, that just makes for more people having fun. As for POF members, they can bring thier guest and they do not have to be members either. I spoke with him this morning and confirmed our BBQ Buffet and sneak peak at the decorations for this party. Going with "Americana West" decor. I think it will be somewhat different but I think the group will like it. No particular theme as such, still variety of music will be played. | |

It is for me. they can sign up for membership in Pof if they have access to a computer. Some libraries have computer internet access for free or you could let them build a profile on yours if it were feasable. Thanks Chuck
Also: We have just surpassed the big 90, We are at 91. We would have been there before now if it wasn't for some casulties we have suffered for verious reasons. We will be over a 100 by the end of this week. We all need to give ourself's a slap on the back for a job well done. I am proud of everyone. Atta Boys and Atta Girls to everyone. Posted: 7/8/2008 6:37:48 AM | Hi Blueboyee: Actually there are 3 parking lots around the building. I haven't heard anyone complain about not being able to find a place to park. I arrived arround 6:00 at the last party and parked near the front door. The Comfort Inn as well as the Holiday will have shuttle service so shouldn't be a need for a cab. There is information in the Header on the Party Profile Page, Page One of this Thread. Take a look at it.

THERE ALWAYS COMES A TIME TO FISH OR CUT BAIT, AND THE TIME IS NOW
THE CUT OFF DATES FOR THE SPECIAL RATE AT THE COMFORT INN IS JULY 10. THE HOLIDAY INN IS JULY 9.
You need to get your reaervations made even if you haven't signed up yet as they may disallow your discount and charge you for extra persons. You can ask for the special price and extras later but it might not be available after the cut off dates posted above.

I enjoyed a couple games last time with one nice lady and invite any ladies to play interested in playing with this Teddy Bear. My shooting is rusty, but I like to play and enjoyed the non-smoking atmosphere there.
Also, if any lady needs a ride from jax-Sherwood, I'll be glad to pick you up if you don't mind eating out before we get down there. | |
