Whats the difference between a dress and a frock? When they are laying in a heap on the bed room floor (or hanging on the blades of a ceiling fan) , not a damn thing.

I heard this English guy (who is gay and in the fashion industry) use the word frock on VH1 last night, describing that he once put on a frock, high heels and make up.
