| Calgary Sunday breakfast & CT
Posted: 7/6/2008 2:45:25 PM | I took the Calgary Transit to Kanes today... it is quick and easy....
I took the number 10 (Dalhousie) bus from Chinook Centre... to City Hall, walked to the south east corner of MacLeod and 9th Avenue SE. Caught the number 1 (Bowness)
Kanes is the 2nd stop after the bridge in Inglewood.
For C-trainers... but to City Hall Station or Olympic Plaza... walk to the same
southeast corner and catch the number 1. The #1 comes every 30 minutes, aproximately at 9:45 or 10:15....
I caught the 10:15... got off one stop too early... and will still at Kanes by 10:25.
The bus stop home is kitty corner from Kanes and goes down 6th Ave... so you can
either walk to the c-train or catch a connecting bus.
A good time was had by all... food was fabulous... the conversation was stimulating and varied. Thanks to the great staff for putting up with us!!!!

Posted: 7/7/2008 5:50:15 AM | Was nice to have a chance to see you again Di and Shaun, and of course being able to see the little one made it extra special.
Next time Cnd, and NL will detail how her dog is stronger than a locomotive and faster than a speeding bullet and that she wishes she was able to leap over tall buildings in a single bound and come out unscathed!!
By the way, I found some good sun tan lotion for daubbing on that sore shoulder area NL, only a phone call away!!
Looking forward to next Sunday to see if I can get attacked on the street again by the staff!! | |

I swear to god, every time I go out in that back yard, the dog looks at my arm and GLOATS. She really does! Kinda like a "heh, that'll teach ya you dumb human!"

Sundays are just way too quiet without you's.
Tammi, I can't wait for you to be able to bring in both Muffin and Cupcake... that day will be a celebration!! ( just let me know ahead of time so I can plan ok?)
