Stoopid lame ass excuse...............

If you regret doing it keep schtum not make an even bigger tit of yaself and say he took atvantage.....Well u blatantly wanted it has much as he did

Pfffftttttttt

Couldn't agree more. And from the other details it's ridiculous of her to assert her drunkenness was to blame. More like irresponsibility and poor judgement.

Women know what some men are like...all the more so a man you don't know so as to trust.

Thats a toughie I mean the answer has so many variables, one that springs to mind is 'Was she a looker?' - I mean if she was, then yer I can sort of see a point, but if she was a bit of a munter - shouldn't she be grateful?

Just wondering?

Zero sympathy.
I have never had major regrets from drinking. There have been times I've woke up beside someone thinking why did I do this, but not enough to have heavy trama.
I think if you get drunk and you do stuff that you regret, maybe that's karma's way of saying "stop getting drunk".

Women nowadays have so much to be aware of. With date rape drugs out there, how can you put yourself in such a vulnerable position.
Even I'm afraid of drinking on my own because I'm afraid of some woman slipping me something and then I'd wake up in a bathtub full of ice and a note stuck on the bathroom mirror.

For any woman who HAS been a victim of rape, women like this ,makes it all the harder to get convictions of the real rapists!
Anyone who HAS suffered rape would easily know the difference, it is not a pleasant experience, and one that should leave extensive bruising in majority of cases, unless the victim had been drugged and not been able to fight back.

It must be a load of BS because, for a good while now, I seem to have missed the opportunity to be that close to a man, whilst being in an inebriated state.

My post must also be BS because, I'm no longer in my 30's and therefore unqualified to comment.

I'll get my coat

Edit: vvvv Thanks. Will it be real ale?

only thing to blame bout that situation is to much drink.....................

and blamin something else for your own mistakes.....well weve all been there!!

done that.......regretted it but my own judgement was to blame plus lack of common sense, plus a tad to much wine!!!!

still...................to err is human .to forgive? nah pass the wine!!!

One thing that grips me more than anything, is I was drunk, bollocks, having been drunk more times then I care to count, and having done some really stupid things, because at the time it seemed like a good idea, I knew what it was I was doing, okay there have been times the next day, and hung my head thinking, NOOOOOOOO I didn't, not in recent memory, and going back a few years but still it was a case of NOOOOOOO. Even now, I am well aware of what I do when I have been drinking, and if I don't want to do something I don't. It really really irritates me when you here people say, I had to much to drink I didn't know what I was doing. Yeah and purple pigs with yellow poker dots really do exist.

I've made a few drunken mistakes that have caused me to hang my head the following day (usually over the loo, but that's another story).
I know that when I drink it is my responsibility and good judgement genes that get switched off first. Whatever, it is my choice to do it and my responsibility in the morning. I've certainly done things (and people) that I wouldn't have done sober.

On the other hand, I suppose that since I've never been 'taken advantage of' by a predator I shouldn't really comment.

Would it make it better if the woman said...
I went out with my mates , got shedded, the next thing this geezer, who looked nice ( after 15 pints who gives a crap) was all over me, i was horny , fancied a shag ( and , hell , shagging is good , ) the alcohol levels in my body at this point helped me lose all my inhabitians, lose all my rigid morals on one night stands, sex with a stranger, sex with a minger and sex with my best friend. the next thing you know my nickers where been tossed over my shoulder along with my legs and i was howling for britain ....

next morning i thought .. shit ....followed by .. who the hell are you?

At 41 i seem to have passed the stage where i get like that ... i cant stand the close to death
feeling the next day..
i have a 9 year old to look after
i have job where i need to be alive (people take their horse racing very seriously)
and i dont get off on shagging a complete stranger

but alcohol does losen a person up , it makes us feel invincable, sexy, horny, take on the world or sick as a dog ..

so i am thinking thats why the "oh it was the booze" excuse comes into play

I dont think anyone, male or female should use the excuse, I got drunk.

The thing with today is women are just as bad as the men, someone commented on here about women throwing themselves at him when they could hardly stand themselves. Now im not saying all women are like this but a majority of youngsters are, why else would we as a society currently have a high % of sexual transmitted diseases, compared to 15 years ago, and as we are all aware the most common sexual transmitted disease has no symptons, but can make you infertile later in life if not treated.

As for spiking of the drinks, that has happened and it happened to me and that is not a pleasant experience and before i get jumped on i wasnt the only one at the party that it happened to, there was 6 of us in total and one of them happened to be a female bouncer that was actually working and had been drinking coke all evening. THe guy got caught and his excuse he thought he would be funny. The only bonus for us all was the party which was a private company party was in a local nightclub and their security cameras were working as they would any other night, which is how he got caught

Fierce fish made an interesting comment

But.. I am just a teeny meeny weeny tineey.. wondering.. what if this woman was one of your mates? Would you say the same thing... 'The stupid silly cow should not fvcking got herself bloody fvcking b'astrd drunk?' Or would it be sympathetic replies?

What would we do if it was one of our mates or even further down the line, what would you do if it was one of your kids????

I'm obviously drinking in the wrong places!

This happens all the time, to both sexes. Inhibitions get lowered and what would have been a harmless bit of flirting if 2 people were sober turns into a fully fledged romp. Both sexes can regret it in the morning, but it seems it's almost always the woman who says she was taken advantage of. Most men in that situation just face the fact they got laid last night and if their mates take the p1ss cos of it they exaggerate her abilities and make up a great night between the sheets

I go to a number of bars, pubs you call it. When the women come in early, dance their asses off, have a hoot of a time, then like vultures the men come in at around 11:00 pm looking for an easy prey (or shag as you would call it).

Didn't have to wine, dine or dance the night away, and some women are actually too drunk to know the difference.

Women seem to lack any sort of self-control when it comes to the amount they drink. I have seen them make complete fools of themselves on a Saturday night, staggering about the streets wearing very little - it's no wonder they end up in trouble - they only have themselves to blame!
