Op I apologize for going off topic... But you know how it is .... Thread search and all.

But I must share this amazing site with people who know who Delia Derbyshire is. Yes it is definitely Dr Who related and is for the die hard fans out there.

To all those criticising others for posting a negative opinion of Dr Who in a Dr Who thread, shame on you. Big, fat I-will-NOT-have-my-timelords-disguised-brilliance-diminished-by-non-believers-sized shame.
Its this very attitude which will turn the curious and unswayed away from Dr Who.
Personally I would rather have a month in solitary confinement in a 3ft by 3ft room with only****oaches, rats and Sidney Sheldon 'novels' for company then ever endure another episode of the doctors 'escapades'.
Yet, I still open this forum, and further, I post in it!
Why? Well, ask yourself, for every forum you post in, a do you think " Am I welcome here?"
"Is my point valid?" etc, NO, do you boll*cks like! I read back on a few critics previous posts, and guess what? Yep, a big bubbling pot of hypocrisy about to boil over.
There are people who use these forums for a myriad different reasons, and to be told by some token geek that they aren't welcome is tantamount to bullying, so pack it in! OK!
PS. Whatever happened to that stupid metal square dog he had when it was that vet bloke lookalike?

I have no problem with people disliking doctor who, it is a free world after all...HOWEVER i do have a problem with posts just say
If you have something to say something constructive, not just troll the thread with pointless emoticons.....
and for your infomation, k9 was the metal dog and was in last nights episode albeit for a short scene, and the "vet bloke lookalike" was in the children in need special earlier in the year along with david tennant....

Watched and enjoyed last nights episode, and have enjoyed this series .

I particularly enjoy trying to spot all of the winks and nods in the direction of previous series .. Sarah Jane , K9, and even Bernard Cribbins who was in the original Dr Who movie in the sixties

thanks for the careful reasoning behind your uncalled for abuse.

That made me chuckle a bit.....if only you knew what i do for a living you'd know that i could never abuse anyone or anything.

I'm curious on which planet referring to someone as a "cold hearted git" wouldn't be considered abuse.

I was merely giving an opinion on the fact you felt emotion between two people "ruined" the episode.

So you made an unfounded - and incorrect - assumption about why I felt the scene cringeworthy. And because you made that assumption, you feel it's ok to hurl abuse in my direction. I think it's you that's the cold hearted git.

Not really my problem if you have no emotions.

I have emotions just fine thanks. And you're going out of your way to hurt them. What did I ever do to you, exaclty?

Ditto, was sat listening to the rain on Saturday, wondering what was going on.

Watched the streaming last night and my daughter and I both cheered at the kiss.
Loved the whole series. Not happy that Donna won't be in the next one, I thought she was a fantastic sidekick.
