Posted: 7/7/2008 9:19:08 AM | Hey guys (& gals)! I couldn't make it out but WOW! Awesome fireworks pics AND it looks like EVERYONE had a blast! I ended up at Cedar Point on the 4th (cool fireworks there too!) and on the 5th I h ad to sing in a karaoke contest. One of these days we will combine the East and West side parties for one heck of a Michigan POF function! (Not fair that only LHL got to go! lol) Anyway, just wanted to say WONDERFUL pics! and I wish I could have made it out there......{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}

I have found that the out of area parties scheduled as outdoor parties are the BEST! Gives me some needed time away (without waiting for a DATE....boo....hiss....), GREAT friends to hang with when I get there, and a nice relaxing road trip!

I have some boxing promoter friends that are putting on a show in Bay City at Hooters the 19th. I'd like to make a weekend out of it and if I hang out at Hooters all weekend, I'll get depressed because I can't get a carry out. | |

check out that area while you are there
the strip that leads up to hooters is full of bars and thats where we have many of our pof parties at and they are within walking distance
in fact some are owned by the fight promoter there in bay city
that small area there is a big party area

I'm trying to get a hold of my promoter friend right now to go pick up my ticket to the fight s next weekend. If I can't reach him, I may go to the party in Taylor. Isn't it at the bar on Ecorse road in Taylor, MI? | |
