Driving is my fondest stress reliever, and I haven't been able to go for an aimless drive for awhile. Gas prices + responsibilities = no fun for the near future. | |

Yeppers,,,it's allllllllll about the sex!!! As OR stated my timing for this trip revolves around a certain fishy,,the steelhead. And these steelhead are the last of a dying breed, thus my annual trip. Camping at this time of the year involves very few "normal" people. All good people,,,,,just not normal. I fit in perfectly.
And yes, I know all about the bears this year. My fishing partner last week on the Thompson had a young one sneak up on top of him while fishing. Thou a little scarey for him, I am still laughing at the memory of the whole scene revolving in front of my eyes. Of course I was a half a mile away and didn't have a bear walking towards me while I threw boulders at it. Now I'm starting to laugh again and not even 5 a.m.!!!! I guess the memories and everything that goes with fishing is why I love to go on my trips so much.
