I always give warning but there was one woman who after a bit of oral had an ability to take me from "this is great" to "what just happened" in about half a second. The first time it surprised her a bit but she was a trooper about it and I did explain afterward that if I had seen it "cumming" I would have warned her. 2. Some men (and women) just don't consider it necessary to share the "orgasm alert". His lack of doing so does not necessarily mean he is inconsiderate. If you tell him you'd appreciate a warning next time, and he doesn't follow through next time, well, then that's inconsiderate. Talk to him about it.
3. On the flipside, maybe he finds it inconsiderate that you'd pull away before he orgasms, whereas you find it to be no big deal. Talk to him about this too.
4. Don't let this one experience stop you from giving head in the future. You and your future partners will be missing out.
5. Yes, more often than not, actually. Not to say that I've "been" with a lot of guys (because in all honesty, I haven't), but I like to think I'm pretty experienced when it comes to giving oral sex, and more often than not, I will receive no "alert". Not that that matters, though, because you can usually tell (by how hard he is, by how he's breathing, by the way he's squirming, etc.) when he's about to blow.
