Posted: 1/28/2009 12:21:34 PM | An exhilarating and stabilizing force in my life is without question my 6am outdoor daily running routine.(even through winter's single digit temps.)
It's brutal but a great and rewarding stress reliever .. all for that rush of endorphins!
Its is a mental and physical high and yes fun..
Then I am ready to face anything the day has to bring.. | |

Next one is Friday, the 6th Waitangi Day (New Zeland holiday), then the following week on the 11th is National Foundation Day (Japan)...etc., etc.... it's all about the lil things. Getting outside and back to nature... realizing that there is soooo much more to life than work!
Cranking the music and singing along... I'll sit in traffic with a big smile on my face if I can listen to tunes and drink my coffee. Who cares how long it takes! | |

My housekeeper threatened to charge more for cleaning my house so I said, OK, charge more. Contrary to the myth, it i NOT cheaper to keep her. That's just brainwashing originated by women.  | |

I love archery,great way to concentrate ,and can be a great way to socialize if you join shooting league's etc... I love working out, woodworking,fishing etc...
Im open to many other things also ,it depends on the day,and the mood! | |

Travelling and seeing the world, so far it's made me a better person. It's really opened my eyes to all the wonderous cultures out there. Just getting experience something new, its amazing! | |
