I hear a variety of women here suggesting that they would love a hopelessly-romantic session of lovemaking that has the right lighting, the perfect aromas, rose petals strewn from the door to the bed...
And honestly, it would be nice to do that for you, to make you feel like we're creating the perfect sensual surroundings and atmosphere for a sexual encounter that is right out of a romance novel.
And yet, I have to ask you if you'd do the reverse for your guy. Would you think about the perfect lovemaking session for him and set that up, too?
^^^ I've actually done this kind of stuff and yes, it's appreciated. I have yet to see the girl/woman attempt to do the same in a reverse-guy-centric way for me. | |

Yes I've done that. I've set up scenes for a lover before. Well, one scene...for a fantasy for him. It took me a week or 2 of planning/thinking thru, some liquid courage, and some POF courage.
But I think in general it's more of a guy thing to do...somehow the onus of initiating and making the experience good/special seems to be more on guys. Not saying that I think that's fair or that I agree iwth it. But it does seem to be that way.

Of course *you* would have done that. You seem to be the type to really care about your lover. ::nods:: I think I've just had bad luck in the past by attracting selfish lovers, those who appreciate your gestures at first (rarely reciprocating) and then just coming to expect all that you do without any thanks.
I predict that your relationships will usually be healthy ones. We often get (qualitatively-speaking) in a relationship what we give.

I've also gone around the neighborhood in the wee hours stealing flowers from numerous yards (That way nobody noticed) and surrounded her with them as she slept, so she would wake up surrounded by flowers. | |

You want something really romantic that is going to shake her to the core? I'll tell you:
Find out what she likes and then play it to the hilt. Intimacy is only intimate if it's personalized.

I am sorry but this is so completely un-original.
You got this from the Lady's Man, right? mmmmmmmm...sorry no; I made it up. I haven't seen the movie; and I don't know "Lady's Man." I'm also telling you that ANY flower besides Football Mums will not work. The petals are simply not heavy enough, don't fall with enough force, or you only get a few petals per flower. Believe what you want; I really don't care; and you two are the ONLY ones to tell me how old hat and "played out" this is. Again, I don't care; I was trying to do someone a favor by sharing this, if you don't like the idea don't use it; and again, anything but Football Mums is dry humping. When did those movies come out; I came up with this in the mid 80's; when my ex was still my future, LOL.

I gave up on petals a longtime ago...stain the sheets(since we didn't take the time to remove them)....yuk!

The twist was that she soon realized that there was more than one person in the room and it wasn't just me using feathers. She protested mildly but was obviously truned on. (We ahd talked about fantasies before and she had talked of a stranger). Then the second person who I had gotten to help me (her best friend) disappeared. She didn't know who had come in and seen her like that, who had teased her with the feathers, but she was very excited. I then whispered to her that I had to have her, we kissed hungrily as I entered her, and ...
I did afterward tell her it was her friend. They had no interest in each other but were very open with each other about their sex lives and were often nude together on the deck in the sun.
Wouldn't work for everyone but I knew it would work for her and it did. | |

The petals you don't pick up do turn into little green balls, but life is full of trade offs. Don't lose site of what this is all about; the bottom line though is that the sensation of a warm velvet rain is so soothing, and so unexpected, it's truly incredible. | |
