No one's at fault, difference of opinion and choice, and if you got together it would result in a breakup. So dog your buddy for preventing a breakup? I can't and won't. Look beyond hormones and desperation....look at finances, future, compatibility, convenience, etc.... We don't live in Harry Met Sally thinking. Today, one must explore the depths..and Sleepless in Seattle and An Affair to Remember were equally idealistic. Get past that frame of thought and seek depth, importance, values, morals and standards vs whining about WHAT IF???? WHAT ABOUT MY CHEERLEADER UNIFORM??? Well...what if about that uniform when you spit out child 5, expand hips and weigh 190 wet?? Then what??? Find depth, importance, unconditional love, acceptance, honesty, trust, respect, and friendship first and foremost so your love will endure any hills and mountains it encounters. Posted: 7/20/2008 12:58:20 AM | All guys want to be that "Guy friend," we have the best of everything then. We get to f@#$ around with you, not get serious, have some chick there to hang out with, and yet if we want to play with your emotions, we can, what better place to do it but as a friend.
This is why guys won't stay with a woman in a long term relationship when she has "guy friends." All of us know, the "guy friend" is a guy who wants the best of both worlds.......... Being able to screw around with you, telling you bad shit about your boyfriend just because he doesn't like him, take naked pictures of you, etc., but yet, having absolutely no commitment.
Any guy reading this, who hasn't figured it out...............being the "guy friend" is teets above being the boyrfriend...... | |
