I mean does anyone else think this is ridiculous, or is it just me?
It's not just you.... I've seen a lot of generalizations around here.... but that's a doozy!
I was going to say what esad said... just not as eloquently...
OP... A friend of mine cheated on his wife a few years ago... I knew the woman he cheated with. When I talked to her about it she said she did it... knowing he was married... because he was NICE to her... He complimented her, did the dishes with her, sometimes cooked for her... he was just nice... "sure wasn't for the sex..."
He gave that attention to somebody else because his wife didn't appreciate it anymore... he didn't feel his emotional attachment to her was being reciprocated...
I have to agree with seafoodlover... I didn't keep a journal and I can't give you an exact number... (wouldn't even if I could..) but I'd guess 1/3 of my lovers have been women who were married or otherwise in a commited relationship and just wanted some good penis on the side... same ratio for the women who have contacted me on here... only a MUCH smaller sampling...
Men and women think differently and rationalize our behaviors a little differently... but the results are usually the same...
If you base your opinions of men on what you read in these forms then I'd say your relationship future is doomed....
