Tim 'Superman' Tebow would never lose to Oregon State. Go ahead and put UF at #1 where they belong.

in a related note....jwork has not been found, as he is in shock that flordia has lost to ole miss

give him credit, he is right, they might not lose to oregon state, but I guess they will lose to ole miss AT HOME...

cant wait for the excuses on this one......

2 top 5 teams have lost so far.....

I'm sure Gaytor fans will offer a million excuses. Bottom line is the golden boy Tebow couldn't even get a yard when it counted. I put that one on Meyer though; what a stupid call to have him be lined up in the shotgun five yards deep and try to run a qb keeper on fourth and one. They couldn't even beat the Rebels in the swamp. Can you say overrated???? Hell, Ole Miss had lost their previous nine SEC games. I guess the tonic for that is to play Florida and Tebow in the swamp!

ROFLMAO @ BOTH Florida and USC!!!!!!!

GO NITTANY LIONS (the door is wide open now !!)

You live & learn.

Ole miss always plays florida tough. Hell, the last time they played florida in the swamp(back in 03( the rebels won.

If UF wins out, they are still in the national title game. I'm glad we got our loss over in the beginning of the season.

We shall overcome this.

Looks like you have a bunch of crying gator fans today! Tebow should be changed to Te-BLOW, did you see him get DESTROYED by that tiny mississippi DB?

Get used GAY-TOR fans you will also loose to LSU, GEORGIA & VANDY for a 8-4 season.

Looks like Oklahoma is the best team as of now, they beat Texas and they'll go undefeated.

"I'm glad we got our loss over in the beginning of the season" ... is THAT the LAMEest comment ever? Sorry you can't take this homo seriesly, anyone who says HAWAII is ELITE is Obviosly a NOVICE.

Te-BLOW!

Now back to REAL CF football talk, Oklahoma looks great, Penn St also, BUT Penn St has a rough road ahead, the big 10 is sooo much better then the big 12, as I said before, OK beats Texas only MIZZ is in the way ... btw I wished Nebraska was great again, the OK/Neb and COLO/Neb games aint the same, miss that.

The Gators and Tebow have blown out three SOLID programs. Say what you will, but Hawaii, Miami, and Tennessee to start the season is no joke. The Gators have yet to turn the ball over. We have 12 guys that run a 4.4 or lower. Best speed in the nation. Tebow is doing whatever needs to be done to win...he isn't caring about insane stats

your right jwork, you called them "solid"....

Dude, whatever you do, dont go near any bridges...

bye bye hiesman, bye bye national championship- with that dominating performance against ole miss....

If you're tolling, that's fine. However, even if you don't believe it and are just trying to get me riled up, there is no way UF is out of the national championship picture with our schedule. If we win out with the strength of schedule we have, we will obviously be in the national championship game. We still have LSU, Georgia, a ranked Vanderbilt, and possibly Alabama in the SEC title game.

Florida is in control of their own destiny even with one loss.

you might be right, the only scenerio I see that mess with your plan is the following..

penn state runs the table, and one of the big 12 teams run the table..OU, Texas, or Mizzou

All I have to say is Roll Tide Roll! I don't imagine we will go undefeated, but the win against #2 GA between the hedges was sweet!!

Another week...another dominating performance. As I said before, Florida controls their own destiny and will be in the national title game if they win out. Today, our speed just overwhelmed the opposition. Demps, Rainey, Harvin, and James are four of the fastest and most explosive players in the country. Superman had a typical good game, of course.

Next week...LSU. WOW!

Regardless if Tim wins the heisman or not, Gator nation knows he's the best player in all of college football. Secondly, he was the first sophomore to ever win the heisman. I'll take that and he'll take his second national championship this season.

Prepare to see LSU beatdown.

Does it really matter? The MEN in pro football will DESTROY his gay ass! He won't sit thru August without crying, ... case in point Texas QB is already CRYING, Vince Young is GONE in 3 years!!! Faggot Teblow? I'll give hime till July!

TeBlow = Ryan Leaf .. He's not a MANning!

You're a boxscore junkie. As evidenced last season, Tim Tebow can put up a better boxscore than anyone in the history of college football. Yes, the history of college football. This season we're getting more people involved so we can keep Tim fresh and not have the weight of the world on his shoulders.

If he wanted to, he'd have the best numbers in the nation.

We lost because of the play calling and missing an extra point that would've tied it. Tebow played very well. To put him in the shotgun on 4th and 1 and basically make it a 4th an 4 since he's running the ball, was idiotic. Not his fault. He did what he was told.

One loss won't stop us.

And congrats on your Broncos winning today. I love Cutler. I loved him when he took the Gators to multiple overtimes in the swamp with a team that had no business playing on Florida's level.

you might be right, the only thing that stops you is penn state running the table, and one of the big 12 schools running the table, then you wont get in....

you might have to jump over an undeafted BYU team with your one loss also.....

Cutler is the real deal, I have said this many times, by the end of the year Cutler will be the second best qb in the afc (no brady)

I'm calling it right now...

Florida beats the #3 team in the nation and defending champs, LSU. The swamp, Tebow, and our speed will be too much to handle in a prime time game. I've seen numerous people around town from Louisiana and I feel sorry that they came all this way for a beatdown.

Florida will jump back into the national title picture Saturday night.
