whether for health problems or not, I believe it's your choice - after all, it's your body...
Personally, I have a much easier time with a woman who has breast reduction than augmentation...

speaking to just what will the guys think part of it. I think the majority of guys would be totaly fine with you getting it done, becuse whats the point of haveing great breast if you cant go show them off becuse they hurt your back?

and over all I agree with everyone else who gives a rats ass what they think.

and to be honest im totaly shocked that some crazy hasnt asked for before and after pics yet lol

'HotChili'

'Not to be a ****' but that was quite an 'ass' comment, quite un needed actually.
If I wanted your opinion on if I was fat or not i would have asked that, but i didnt =).
If you would have read the posts before, we had already discussed this, and while yes some women have big boobs BECAUSE they are overweight, that is really not the case with me. It is strictly genes, it runs in the family. No im not STICK thin, which i would never want to be but im definetly not fat either! I put 'prefer not to say' because I dont want guys to judge me on what my body type is, which might i add, is NOT overweight, i'd perfer to call myself 'curvy' (obviously) but that wasnt as option =). Actually im quite offended that you think im on the 'larger side' dont go telling women that or your never going to get laid. Thanks for your two cents though, it didnt help at all =)

Hi,
I feel for you. You have a very difficult decision to make. I have always been very large up top. Two years ago I was a G, I was breast feeding at the time and know how bad your back can hurt. I was a little over weight and the doctor said if I lose weight I'd feel better... Well let me tell you I am easily an F now a size 6 and not getting any smaller up top. I guess what I'm trying to say is I have 6 kids won't be having any more and while I have bounced around up top from a DDD to a G it's never been smaller than DDD. If you feel bad now go ahead and have the surgery, pick a very GOOD doctor, let him know you WANT to breast feed and be happy. Don't worry what guys will think. The right guy will NOT care.

Good luck and really do what makes you happy not what others expect, or want. And I have to say I actually like my bust and wouldn't trade it for anything, but I know not everyone feels that way.

Yes I would get it done. They will end up looking like chit after a few kids, especially if they are that big...

Have you ever noticed that heavier women and girls are fuller all over? Have you ever noticed that women and girls complaining about their endownents is similar to a guy with thick hair complaining amongst bald men? Have you ever noticed that when girls go on diets that they usually lose weight everywhere? Unless fat is hanging off of us in a roll we don't consider ourselves overweight. The breast is an exception because the more of it the more defined it is from general fat. Its not fat it's a breast. Most women can diet them off or down. Some females can have a D cup and be athletically thin but it is probably one in fifty. I have known ladies with enormous chests that could not be any thinner and still be healthy. They are naturally endowed without packing it on everywhere else .These ladies should only be rationally considering surgery. The other women won't consider themselves overweight and want attention through having a surgeon go after their women hood with a knife and should be seeking a psychoanalyst instead. If you have even a little baggage elsewhere you can still diet some off of your chest. Then you can complain amongst ladies with no chest and a huge butt that you have no butt. It would be great to see responses from women who had enlargement surgery instead of males viewpoints that prefer them big and from women who are portraying that it is holding back their gymnast careers and want you to be like them. From your pictures you appear to be maybe a D cupper anyway. You can get attention other ways than by holding your physical breast hostage by your mind.

I was in the army with a girl your size. During push-ups the drill instructor said go down untill your chest touches the floor. I yelled out She's Cheating!! She had a hardtime, her back hurt and running was a nightmare. We ended up in Germany together and she had them reduced. She said it was such a great relieve she wished she had done it earlier. Oh she messed up my boots right before an inspection for that smart azz remark I made! a smart guy would think now why would anyone want to be in pain?

Get the surgery...the other option could be scars much bigger...the weight of your breast can cause restriction of blood to your heart...that scar can be a long zipper if you get to the hospital...not to mention the back surgery you will need....which gives you a big scar on the back... Yeah I had it done...but I had JJ's...and they took 10 lbs off... carry two 5 lb bags of suger in a bra once...see what it feels like then tell me your vanity is at stake...lol you decide....

I'm barely gracing D, but they are still taking their toll on my back already. My sister had one at my age, and I'm honestly considering it too. If it will make your life easier and more comfortable on top of the health benefits, I say go for it. Just have some Tylenol 3's on hand just in case.

I had it done and have never regretted it for a moment. For those that throw around the "lose weight and they'll shrink" lines, I was down to 110 lbs at 5 foot 7, and I was still a 32DD... and overspilling. No diet or exercise in the world was going to help, surgery was the only answer. With me, I had back pain, and I think I tended to slouch. Not just from the weight, which was a contributor, but from not wanting to be visibly obvious.

I have very minimal scarring. I had the anchor procedure, no probs with anything in that area. My current bf didn't even realize I had the procedure until I mentioned it one day.

Bottom line, you should do what's right for you. Best of luck.

I don't understand why you would care what a man says about your body. If you are having problems with every day things, I am sure exercising is a real pain. I went from a H to a DD. It was my decision and I have felt great about it. They can do it through the pits like liposuction, you don't have to get that huge cut job they once did. You still have drains and can't move your arms over your head for awhile, but yeah, really, it is worth it. I feel so much more in proportion with the rest of my body now. You really have to look for the scars. The only thing I don't like is some nerve damage in back of my arm pits/in back of my shoulders. I didn't get full sensation back there. It is also weird when you first start shaving your arm pits again. It can be numb for awhile.

I had a breast reduction a year ago and I love my tits now!! They are a perfect size (C), perky and firm. I cannot say I did it because of back issues...I did it for vanity reasons. That's sad to say, but true. Gravity had starting taking its toll and they were a DD so needless to say...not a pretty site! I can now wear all the cute halters and go bra-less! I can't say it enough...I love my tits!!!

I could give you a better health reason to have breast reduction but I don't want to be accused of being a doctor. Let's just say I think its better to have a reduction than breast augmentation. You need to do what is right for you. If a guy is turned off by scarring, forget about him. He should be turned on by you. (the total package).

Most good surgeons will discourage a teenager from getting a reduction until her breasts stop growing, which is beyond puberty. Girls who get reductions too early typically have to repeat the procedure later, as their breasts will then grow back to nearly the same size.

I'd say go for it, If you were my Gf ,I'd stand behind , I'd rather have a healthy happy woman then someone who puts looks before her health.

Do what's best for yourself. Appearance isn't everything to us men too. Don't worry about scars, they fade away.
Go with a C cup :)

I want a penis enlargement. Horse size.

No scarring involved, it is all done underneath the breast, small incision, no worries. You want to get it done, go ahead.

Get the reduction!!!

Go for a C cup! Regardless of what the mouth breathers have to say, there can be too much of a good thing. D cups might look good when your 20 but after you squeeze out a kid or two, forget it. As far as i'm concerned, the smaller the better!

itsjustony - Depends how big the scar is.. And breast reduction scars are even noticable. I have a few scars from when I got mauled by a rotweiler and a german shepard. I still have several visible scars.

I'm not sure if the OP will get to 20. Her profile says she is 18 and the thread says she is 19.

But what I am wondering about is what happens to her breasts after she has children? I had three and breast fed all three.
