Ya, it unfortunately has gotten to that point of a *It's a sue me world.*, and with that note, since that is the case, when you go to sue them, they usually try to weasel their way out of the law suit.
Therefore, they become irrisponsible, little C H I C K E N - S H I T S, because, when ya do take legal action against them, they usualy cry fowl or something to get out of it.
As the old saying goes in Biretta, with Robert Blake, "Ya Cannot Do The Time, Then Don't Do The Crime", then.
Amazing how that rang true, because, where did Robert Blake end up, in jail of course, guess he did not beleive very much in what he sold, as Biretta.
So, ya find out who did it, of skimming your card, and ya take them to court, and SUE, them for everything they have got, and let's hope that will be a teacher enough to them, to learn by.
As said before, it has UNFORTUNATELY, come to the point, in this world, that in some places, integrity is ALL shot to H E L L, and replaced by greed.
And GREED, does not WIN, TRUE friends, AT ALL, unless, they are also FULL OF GREED, as well, and WHO, wants to mingle with them, anyway.
