Posted: 9/7/2008 6:18:26 AM | Figure since it looks like most of us are staying in motel 8 I plan on getting there around 12 so see if the front dest will have a sign up sheet or put something up so we know who is there and in what room. Some folks might want there queit time not saying anything but you never know.
Is it Motel 6 or Motel 8? Hey ziggy I will be showing up friday night,, so if ya'll want to meet for dinner friday lets do that!! let me know.. and by the way.. I will be sporting a PURPLE CAST on the right leg.. broke ankle. but its a walking one and its due to come off in 2 weeks.. can still dance though!! LOL

Posted: 9/7/2008 7:25:16 AM | Wow! This sounds like it's going to be an awesome POF event! I wanted to come, even all the way from Oklahoma, but have a family reunion the same weekend.
Congrats to the host and hostess for having such an amazing sign up for your first event.
Word of warning: POF events are addictive! You will probably find yourself hosting more and more of them!!!

Posted: 9/7/2008 10:16:53 AM | Good morning ladies and gentlemen, hope you all are well and fine. Its getting there only 5 more days to go, I am getting excited to meet you all. I have only attended 1 pof party , was that one in Austin, I was not able to meet many people, some of those who introduce themselves to me, I appreciated you all, hope to meet more friends this time. I am really very friendly and fun to be with.
FYI, I have my hair cut about 15 uinches long to donate to our cancer patient, Its still little bit longer but only up to shoulder, have it done 2 weeks ago, so I might not be looking the same from my pictures. Anyway still same lucilou .   | |

I have been watchin the weather and it seems as though we are gonna have a lil visitor in the gulf in a day or two. I'm not worried though it looks like we have the karma and the spirit of wantin to have a party so bad that its not gonna affect us in the least , thats my hopes anyway. But in the event that Ike does decide he wants to come party with us also ziggy and i have started talkin about a plan b, houston is way to hungry for a get together to just let it s,ip through our hands. Also its motel 6 for those of you who keep sayin 8 ....lol. and for those that are gonna be gettin a room give me or ziggy a shout so we will be expectin you. LETS PARTY HOUSTON !!!!! | |

I'm sure at least 10 of us are staying there so maybe you can talk to them and see what he can do for us. Can't wait to meet everyone and planning on bringing a few friends of my own, is everyone else bringing other people too? This get together was just what we needed here in Houston. Ya'll sure did an awesome job guys! Still trying to figure out something cute for the name tag but I guess it will come to me. Still waiting to get my dance card filled but ole tboy has one reserved for me. See ya'll then. | |
