I also think it is what hollywood has brainwashed us into believing or precieving -cant spell today. So guess it depends on the guy. | |

Posted: 9/30/2007 6:46:21 PM | I've had hair every color possible. Black, brown, auburn, red and blond and various combinations at the same time. Let me tell you, I get *way* more attention as a blonde than I ever did with any of the other colors. And that includes when I had auburn, spiral curls halfway down my back (ala Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman).
I remember reading something that mentioned that because hair color gets darker as we age, that men are naturally attracted to lighter hair as a sign of youth. Personally, I think that's ethnocentric crap spouted by northern Europeans and doesn't take into account most of the world where dark hair is the norm from childhood.
Still, I'll stick with the blond, for now. | |

I'm a brunette and I get my fair share of attention from men. IMO not many men ( at least the ones I know ) have a strict hair color requirement. On other words, they might prefer a blonde. But would gladly date a brunette if the brunette matched many of the other things that he is looking for. | |

Do all guys realy want a "hot blond"? Ummmmmm.....NO! Many prefer brunettes. Many prefer redheads. If you did an international poll of the top 5 most beautiful women in the entire world, famous or not, I bet you'd find women of various hair colors.BTW, since Chinese and Indian men makeup the largest block of the worlds men, I'd wager that most of them would list a brunette as the most attractive woman in the world. So it could easily be said that most men prefer brunettes. 
BTW, on GIllian's Island, Mary Ann was so much more attractive than Ginger and the rich lady.
Personaly, for me its not about the hair color physically....but a round, full, protruding, bubble butt! Now THATS the biz! | |

Posted: 9/4/2008 9:23:39 AM | No, I have been attracted to all types. If I see a girl and I think she is pretty....that's enough for me. I have historically ended up with more brunettes...I think they are more sultry and sexy whereas blonds are more "hot".

thats complete bull.maybe most men do but not all.personally hair color doesnt affect my choice in partners cause thats just too superficial but in general i must say that i tend to more attracted to dark brunettes and red heads than blondes.but i also like certain blondes dont get me wrong.
i just really like dark hair girls.the darker the better i find.thats why i always found actresses like salma hayek absolute dreamboats lol but i could fall in love with a blonde too just so u know lol | |

Posted: 10/5/2008 12:00:23 AM | Personally, I don't care what a woman's hair color is as long as it is their natural hair color. They're not hiding anything. Even if they're aging some and greying. They've EARNED their grey hair and it is something to be proud of.

Men are visual creatures and if we women let ourselves go "natural" ha ha ha you'd be freaking out!!
I say whatever makes a woman feel good and beautiful...if that means hair color, cut, perm, straight etc...DO IT!! GO FOR IT!!! who gives a crap what others think.. if your happy... that's what matters. | |
