Posted: 6/21/2005 10:10:02 AM | | i'd love to have lovely dark hair and look mysterious but i'd look stupid! it wouldn't suit my skin colouring so i'm sticking to what i got. if guys can't see past that it's their problem...i think u get more stick from women for being a blonde cuz they're jelous of all the attention tho | |

Posted: 6/21/2005 10:23:30 AM | I actually did the blonde thing for a few yrs,but decided to just go with my natural color,which is what I have now.I think if a certain hair color looks better with your skin tone,thats what will be most attractive to anyone regardless of what color that may be.I also think brunette fits my personality better(with a few blonde highlights)EDIT,Seven its funny I made the same comment about skin tone before I saw your post lol I actually get more attention as a brunette,and no Im not jealous,because I think all women are attractive in there own way.  | |

Posted: 6/21/2005 12:37:16 PM | Well, one thing about a lot of us Brunettes is that we don't burn too easy in the sun (because of the heavy dose of melanin, the body produces for skin and eye color), we can get away with a little bit darker lipstick and eyeshadow, and we can wear green, yellow, and bright red with no problem...

They did a study on this very subject and concluded that men do prefer dark hair. Besides most blondes aren't really blonde anyway, I think woman just think that. Hair color really isn't that important anyway. How many guys out there like Demi Moore? or Elizebeth Taylor, or Nat Wood? Not blondes. | |

Posted: 2/28/2006 9:37:50 AM | I have always been attracted to dark hair and had very little attraction to blonde. If there is a room full of blondes and one or two brunette's!? No contest, until the two have been surveyed, lol. Dark skin with that hair is even MORE better!! Thats why wives were Fijian & plains indian I guess. For some strange reason I feel that women with dark hair EXUDE more confidence. Posted: 2/28/2006 2:44:24 PM | I've had dark hair as well as my blonde hair - and I can get away with either as my skin is darker than most natural blondes, as well as darker eyebrows...
and honestly...even though I don't buy into the whole "blonde's have more fun" cliche...(I think it's a case by case thing...) I do know that I get a lot more attention as a blonde than I did when I used to dye it darker!
but that's because it suits me more. | |
