Now don't get me wrong here there are plenty of beautiful blondes also :-)

Posted: 6/20/2006 8:24:43 AM | Well,Iam blonde and I have changed my color to brown before,I didnt get as much looks as when Iam blonde,it was an experiment! I think its that light reflects and dark adds dimension,so it must be all visual,but being blonde has come in handy! a few times at least, can always play the dumb blonde thing,even if Iam not,seems men expect you to be dingy,based upon your haircolor and I find that very shallow,so If you cant beat em,join em,just be yourself! no matter what color your tresses! | |

I guess part of it is because my name( Flavia) means yellow.That is one reason why I never buy clothes that are yellow.Blonde is yellow, therefore a blonde guy is a huge turn off for me.I think they just stand out because its a very bright color and that hair color is rare when it comes to the entire population of the world.That's why.... no wonder everyone thinks it's pretty.Ask anyone from Asia, and they say they want a blonde woman, go figure....lol.

I remeber when I was small I always wanted dark hair, but of course I wasnt allowed to dye it. I was always the minority, and it bothered me. Now I ,m glad I do have natural blond hair, it goes with my blue eye,s, lol, but I havent or wouldnt date a man with blond hair. What,s up with that? I,ve also never dated anyone with blue eye,s. I always thought I was so fair mined when it came to looks and all, but mabey I,m not. I chose to believe it,s just 1,s preference, that,s all. And the saying, " Blonds have more fun " is over rated.  | |

Girls with those hair colors seem more down-to-earth than blonds. Maybe it's just a stereotype, but that's been my experience. | |
