Boil HEN till cooked thru (not regular chicken)let cool pick white meat cube into about 1/2 in size mix with REAL Mayo mix well add white grapes maybe a few walnuts and the secrect spice is moderate amout of (chinese five spice) | |

| What's your favorite secret ingredient? Posted: 5/29/2009 7:25:09 PM | Nutmeg is great whenever you make something with ricotta cheese like manicotti or some other pasta dish. Also nutmeg with sauteed greens and garlic. Fresh grated nutmeg is best. You can use the small grate on a cheese grater.
Ever added whiskey to chocolate cake--really good! In Tennessee (of course), I found a cookbook with a chocolate cake called Jack Daniels Birthday Cake. I've been making it for years. | |

Posted: 6/14/2009 2:20:58 PM | My secret baking ingredients, depending on the product, are brown rice flour to reduce gluten content and sweeten the flour mixture and buckwheat flour to add a zesty bitterness when I'm looking for something with some snappiness.
In fruit based items, I like adding a touch of cardamon spice. | |

Posted: 6/29/2009 2:41:32 PM | when making pasta sauce leave out all those italian spice mixtures .. i just use sweet basil , fresh garlic,pepper,dash salt dash of sugar ,lots of good red wine... hint ....riblets make a great base for a meat sauce always simmer down the diced or whole tomatoes well before in a separate pot before adding
-dash of brandy and cayenne when making quiche -curry in chicken soups - a dab of sour cream for mashed potatoes -dash of ranch dressing with the cold pasta salade or potato | |
