| What's your favorite secret ingredient?
Posted: 7/2/2009 2:57:35 PM | Lipton's powdered Ice Tea with honey and lemon???? haha that is so funny I thought that was my little secret I use it for prok chops on the grill
but my most prized secret ingredient is a love potion really I can make men fall in love with me without them knowing what hit them ... I grate cinnamon into sauces; rice; grilling meats; what have you... but my kitchen has never heard a complaint yet. | |

Posted: 7/13/2009 12:26:45 PM | | 2 tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder in chilli,saffron in risotto,adobo on grilled meat along with a tsp of sugar for extra browning,key limes in fresh salsa instead of regular ones,peas in beef stew along with red wine one for richness one for sweetness, and my very best secret for buffallo wings is deep fry them a few at a time in hot oil and my very delicious sauce is sylvias mopping sauce and raging buffalo sauce bye bulls eye a half a bottle each and one stick of melted butter to die for try it just heat the together and throw them on top | |

Posted: 7/14/2009 9:42:52 AM | When making a yellow cake, I add about 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper. People eat the cake, pause, look around and finally ask, "What am I tasting? I've had it before, but what is it?"
