Anyway, not only would you have set yourself up for a rape charge you most likely would have caught something. I get up to use the bathroom, come back and she is sitting on the couch naked on all fours facing me,clothes strewn over the floor,arms covering her breasts while she stares at me smiling. It was uncomfortable for me.

He probably suspected where it was going since he said they hit it off and seem to really dig each other. If he was really not interested in sex on the 1st date, he should have just turned down her invitation to go to her place. He should have known to quit while he was ahead, and left well enough alone for another time. Yet, he feels the need to push the boundaries and go back to her place, flirt with her and moreless trick her into thinking he was interested in sex. On a first date? See... if it was THAT easy... i would be really really suspicious and think :
a) she used to be a guy & is trying out her new sex change
