Thanks for the meet & greet.Too bad the bar didn`t know about Plenty of fish meeting. Maybe a lounge would be better so we could hear each other better.

I was there too but there were no signs that I saw and nobody knew there was supposed to be a meeting there. Its hard to meet new people when you go to these things and can't find any signs as to who is POF. Sorry I guess I'm not into going table to table asking if the people sitting they are from a dating site. On my way out I did see a few people with a small sign but it was obviously people who knew each other well and when I said hi either nobody heard me or they ignored me. I'm thinking POF is a very clicky group who don't really welcome new people.

I am sure nobody heard you cause that was the friendliest group. Everyone was old friends in minutes you would have been too. Sorry you missed such a good time.

I'm thinking POF is a very clicky group who don't really welcome new people that's absurd. a few people know each other because they attend the events...they haven't ALWAYS known each other. i'm sure your suggestion of more/bigger signage will be taken to heart, it's a good idea. it can totally be uncomfortable walking into these situations...it might pay to contact someone else who is signed up next time & arrange to meet them outside so you can go in together, then it's less awkward for at least two of you :) glad some of you were able to get out & have a good time!

wow people complain when there is no meet - people complain when there is a meet ... sorry Kevin I got off work at like almost 2am - figured I get there bye the time they lock the door - never thought of denny's afterwards hehe --- I think some certain people in here should be in charge of the new POF Poster that need's to be displayed at the next event hehe ...
