Speaking of which what happened to our favorite Political Poster from Texas?

Perhaps as sports junkies are greater in number than political junkies. Think of all the sport widows?

| Dating a political Junkie? Posted: 9/4/2008 4:24:31 PM | There are many vaild reasons for suspending a realtionship and I don't think anyone was judged harshly really?!?!? Did I miss something? To each his own. Either you want in or you want out. No matter what the reason for suspending the relationship so long as you do it respectfully and honestly no harm no foul.

Politics can make for great debates in relationships...it shows ones strengths! If one would weaken easily and change their minds well this shows a big sign of weakness... I had gotten out of the political relm of things over the past few years and was drawn back into this year.
I can say if the person you are dating are running for office, well this could be a reason to put things on hold till after the election because they are so busy campaigning to focus on your needs/wants. Give them a little space and things will get back to normal after the election.
If the person is just one that enjoys watching the political debates on tv and talking politics I don't see a reason that this would put a hold on things.
As I do my campaigning against a local guy because he only started giving to the county when he decided to run for office why should we vote him in when he could have cared less what happen to this town before he wanted to be elected...
Pick your battles...is it worth a little space vs. losing a great thing?
