| EZ BBQ ribs falling off the bone Posted: 10/18/2009 7:11:43 AM | I like to marinate my ribs overnight with a little oil, water and lots of lemon. The following day sprinkle to your liking with seasoning salt and oregano. Bake slowing in the oven as per other recipes in here.
I sprinkle with lots of oregano as I love the spice and if you like the tang of the lemon you can add some afterwards also. | |

| EZ BBQ ribs falling off the bone Posted: 10/18/2009 12:39:04 PM | If you like the tang of lemon, try using malt vinegar. Overnight marinade in olive oil, malt vinegar, lemon juice, and a shot of soy sauce (for salt). Pat dry the next day and dry rub with your favorite spices.
Which reminds me that I've got a cryo-pak of about 15 lbs of them in the freezer.  | |

| EZ BBQ ribs falling off the bone Posted: 10/19/2009 11:02:31 PM | | a great side dish to this is cole slaw, if you like "sweet" dressing, try this,,,,Miracle Whip, 4 heaping tablespoons, thin with milk (not too thin) sweeten with plain sugar, mix into the slaw and serve. Make a great addition and not too heavy, made this meal this past Sunday for my future in-laws and all you heard was the smackin' of lips!!! | |
