Posted: 9/11/2008 9:22:17 PM | This warmongering pitbull and avid hunter was asked why she accepted the VP running-mate position and said, "we are on a mission and that mission is VICTORY IN WAR". I hope she leads by example and volunteers for the front line .. either Afghanistan or Iraq. One less consumer of pitbull in lipstick isn't going to hurt the cosmetic industry.
She is insane, obviously, and she wouldn't be under investigation if she wasn't dishonest either. I guess that does qualify her for a political position in our administration, aye? | |

Kenyan witch-hunter blesses Palin in new Internet video
LOS ANGELES (AFP) - An Internet video showing Sarah Palin being blessed by a Kenyan witch-hunter emerged Thursday in the latest online blast from the Republican vice-presidential nominee's past.
The video appeared on Youtube and several sites showing Palin taking part in a 2005 service at a Pentecostal church in Alaska where preacher Thomas Muthee calls for witches and other Palin enemies to be defeated.
In the video, Palin can be seen standing before Muthee with her head bowed as her hands are held by two members of the congregation.
In his sermon, Muthee praises Palin for her quest to become governor of Alaska and calls on other church members to seek positions of influence.
"In the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, every form of witchcraft is what you rebuke. In the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, father make away now," Muthee says in the video.
"Come on, talk to God about this woman. We declare, save her from Satan," he adds. "Make her way, my God. Bring finances her way even for the campaign in the name of Jesus. Use her to turn this nation the other way around."
In the same sermon, Muthee calls on followers to seek positions of influence in government, education and business.
"If we have that in our schools we will not have kids being taught how to worship Buddha, how to worship (Prophet) Mohammed. We will not have in the curriculum, witchcraft and sorcery," Muthee said.
There was no immediate reaction from the campaign of White House hopeful John McCain to the second Internet video to appear in recent weeks that gives an insight into Palin's devout religious beliefs.
Earlier this month, a video surfaced from a speech Palin had given in June to students at her former church in Alaska where she said United States forces in Iraq had been sent on a "task that is from God."
"Pray for our military men and women who are striving to do what is right," Palin said in the video.
"Also, for this country, that our leaders, our national leaders, are sending [soldiers] out on a task that is from God," she said

At first I thought Palin was a great pick, even though I personally thought she was coocoo for CoaCoa Puffs.....I hate to say this, but her past is going to be blogged all over. .....I'm not saying it's definite, but the odds are than Mrs. Palin has some skeletons that will be coming out.
I think you're spot on there "halftime". Although Palin's already done her job of rousing the "base", now she's becoming too much of a liability, and wouldn't be surprised if McCain's gonna have to drop her (no doubt because the Dems "insulted" her, or some such excuse). Here's the latest revelation about her wackiness from a Brit newspaper (which the "liberal" U.S. media somehow missed):

The Guardian reported yesterday that a new video has emerged showing Sarah Palin playing a central role in a church service in Alaska in which witchcraft is denounced. Thomas Muthee, a Kenyan pastor and "witchhunter", made a passionate plea:
“In the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, every form of witchcraft is what you rebuke. In the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, father make away now.”
Palin has also credited Muthee with helping her to become Governor of Alaska, and Muthee, who reportedly drove a Kenyan woman from her village because of "demons", also believes in "the need for Christians to enter the world of banking and big business in greater numbers, supplanting unbelievers and ”Israelis” (Jews).
No doubt the US press will be asking her questions about this very soon.
