also when you do run out it's always on the busy'est part of the road and no where to pull into...:-(

Listening to the radio on the way back from the pharmacy I was really shocked by the stupidity of some people.
I am sure most of you have seen the news through out the US and Canada. It was showing a story of a private Cessna 182 aircraft flying into the KFI Radio Station Tower. It was almost immediate that airheads on the Radio and I am sure TV were complaining about small aircraft.
I listened to one jacka$s and his jacka$s wife tell jacka$s reporters how the Fullerton Airport has aircraft that are in sad shape. This moron told the moron reporter that more than 3/4 of the aircraft at Fullerton Airport are not airworthy, and are allowed to fly anyway. This jerk who is the result of a failed abortion by her mother, (The Dr. only sucked her head out!) told reporters that she hears small airplanes take off with engine problems all day long! Then her idiot husband said he is in fear of his lovely daughter being killed by a falling aircraft! Why did these morons buy a house close to an airport then? Damn people!
For someone to say that more than 3/4 of the aircraft that fly out of the airport have engine problems and actually have a reporter give this moron airtime to spew this garbage on public airwaves is a shame.
Then to hear the reporter agree that the majority of Commercial Pilots believe that all small aircraft should be outlawed is such a lie! (So what did you learn to fly in? Duh? I think it was a 747 or was it a Airbus 300T! Duh! I dunno!)
I learned to fly in 1973 and it was not in a 747 or a L10-11. I was a flight instructor with in three years! and I still had not flown a 747 or L10-11!!! You want to know something? Some of the other Flight Instructors worked for American Airlines! (Shhhh!!! Don't tell the media! They were Commercial Pilots!) I did not fly a business jet until I was in my 30's! No one can just hop in to a jet and fly it! It takes a “Type Rating” you don't have it! You don't fly it!
Little known fact. Private Aircraft fly 25 times more often than Commercial Aircraft with fewer accidents per mile! American Private aircraft owners invest more money in aircraft safety than any other organization in the world! (AOPA.ORG)
Some police pilots have never flown anything that needs a “Type Rating”! So Fox 11, KABC, and what ever other station reported that small aircraft are evil; “Eat my shorts!”
This radio tower was clearly marked on the map! Why would anyone dip below tower altitude 5 miles from the airport? Why would you be at pattern altitude in the area of the tower.
This accident happened in daylight so lights or no lights was not the issue! This pilot blew it! I have flown past the tower in zero visibility on a IFR approach! I can not see outside the aircraft! Damn right I want to know where that tower is! It is MY JOB to know! Not KFI's, Not the Governments!! That tower has been there for over 50 years, the airport has been there over 85 years, and now people are complaining. Go figure!

Posted: 12/21/2004 6:10:21 AM | Disabled parking - Was down at my local food super-store and there was 20 to 30 disabled parking spaces,now let's be honest when was the last time you seen 20 or 30 disabled people walking around a shop at once??...mmm exactly,fair play the disabled need to park close to shop's i understand that but no way do they need so many disabled spaces,by the way is mostly filled with people with feck all wrong with them anyway,so lets ease back on there number of spaces...cheers
p.s Even tho there were at least 15 empty disabled spaces i still done the decent thing and parked out-with them,next time i'm not to sure.... | |

I think my brother just now got a job as a commercial corporate private pilot I forgot something like that.
Ex still has his crummy flight job 2 days a week now flying skydivers around and had to get a second job so he get some benefits. That pilot job don't pay crap. It's actually going under ground and I think that's what mainly broke us two up. | |

-CAILLOU!!!! burn that devilchild!
-People in like clothing stores who stand there talking to their friend while you're trying to look for something, or trying to get into the change rooms. This is also coupled with when you're at the checkout and you have to wait because the girl(or guy) is on his cell phone talking to his friend because it's been a rather slow day and they want to know who's going to that KILLER party tonight and when the guy who knows the guy who's 19 is going to bring the booze so they can drink in Tommys basement because his dad is having dinner with his secretary and his mom is drinking martinis with her attorney.
-People who leave their cell phones turned on at funerals or in movie theatres.
-Laser pointers in theatres.
-People who make fun of handicapped people or those with mental disabilities while standing right infront of them.
-People who won't offer their seat on the bus to a mother with a baby or a pregnant woman, or an older person.
-People at the checkout who take their time ringing your items in
-Parking away from the store where no one else is and then to come out and find someone crammed their old ugly car right up to yours so you have to crawl through the passenger side of the car to get to the steering wheel.
-Stupid people.
-Mothers who bring their kids in either shorts or just a diaper when it's snowing out and we wanted to go to the park to build snowmans.
-Mothers who bring their kids with eight changes of clothing and three bags of toys
-Stupid movies. (Gerry was ultrastupid)
-When you have 80channels on your television and there's absolutely NOTHING worthwhile watching on tv.
-People who make fun of Canadians, who say we are stupid. We're in the top 5 of everything. Economics, technology, science, innovations, etc etc.
-People who say all Americans are stupid. Only some of them are, just like only some of Canadians are.
-People who think they have a right to tell you that what you believe in spiritually is wrong. Doesnt matter who is telling you it, it's still wrong of them to say it.
-People who sit there and sniff every 15 seconds.
-People who gently cough every 10 seconds instead of coughing hard and clearing it up for a while
-When someone puts dirty dishes in the sink and fills it up with water and lets them sit there to get all slimey and cold
-Bratz. They are skanky and slutty and ugly. Nuff said.
-People who stay with you to look for a job and instead spend 90% of their time sleeping and 10% of their time looking up porn on YOUR computer.
-Yelling.
-Racism
-People who get too worked up over their appearance or people who get too uptight when someone claims they dont like a certain type of person.
-Guys that are 33 years old, live with their parents, have partial custody of their 5 year old son, no education and no ambition who latch onto a girl who's got her own child and who is putting herself through college by living on $100 a week to cover diapers, food, transportation(bus) and then get bitchy when she gets a business card for an international company to do accounting for them because she just HAPPENED to be wearing fishnet stockings and a pair of black stilettos with her skirt and pink top.
-Girls who are 13 and think that they can handle the responsibilities of children. Girls that think they will get child support from their 19 year old boyfriends.. (HA! good luck..its possible, but the chances are slim)
-People who tell me I'm oppinionated like it's a bad thing. At least my oppinions are mostly based on facts other than me just rambling on about shit I don't know.
-People who bitch and complain about something which they don't know anything about.
-Being too hot or too cold
-Not being able to find clothes that fit.
-People who sabotage your attempts to loose weight.

Posted: 1/2/2005 11:12:49 PM | SAN FRANCISCO — Does a teenager’s right to privacy trump a parent’s right to know when it comes to abortion? In California, the answer is “yes.”
California schools are forbidden from telling parents when their kids leave class to seek “confidential medical treatment” — including drug counseling and even abortion, according to the state attorney general’s office.
While schools must notify parents of the "Student Confidentiality Policy" at the start of each academic year, the reality is that eighth-graders could end a pregnancy, get an AIDS test or seek treatment for addiction during the school day without their knowledge or consent.
The rule is a shift from previous protocol that encouraged privacy for kids in California public schools but didn’t mandate it. Now, it’s a state law.
State Attorney Gen. Bill Lockyer, a Democrat, said the legislation was meant for the small number of children coping with rape or incest who probably wouldn’t be able to talk to a parent but need some way to seek help.
But a growing number of California school districts are ignoring the law and keeping kids on campus unless their parents are first notified. Though the state has threatened to take them to court, some angry moms and dads have vowed to pressure schools to drop the rule.
