Don't let the "number" bother you. I say it like that, because I think there might be other issues (like him lying until you were in the sack). In addition, be sure that it is only the number that separates you.
Surely do not listen to Leonalioness rants of how it could never work. It could never work for her, not necessarily the same for others.
It can work. Probably not a forever thing, but a long term thing. My story has been told on this subject numerous times.
I was 25 and she was 45. I met her through my job (she was a customer). I asked her out for coffee, ended up at her house, we talked all night long. The sex didn't even happen till the sun was rising. I moved in the next day. That relationship lasted 4 wonderful years. I was the one who broke it off. Hitting 30 and not having any kids (even though I kept telling myself that I never wanted kids) probably was the motivation behind my exiting the relationship. The relationship was great right up until the day I left.
Just like any other relationship.... its what goes on when the sex isn't going on that will determine the success of the relationship.

He wasn't particular gifted in the size of his penis, very good looking and a very caring guy. I think younger girls have been cruel towards him about his size.
I truly believe if he were better endowed he would not have an attraction to older women...? | |

For whatever reason, (Small****or not) I think young guys who chase or submit to an older woman's advances are generally guys who aren't getting much attention from women their own age. Or they have received too much negative attention from women their own age. Some very young men see dating (slightly) older women as an affirmation of their maturity and manhood. | |

It was as plain and simple as that. These would be women who were desperately trying to cling to their youth, foolishly believing it when some guy told them they looked younger than they were. Or, they were recently divorced and afraid that perhaps no one would want them now that they were older and had kids. But, the fact remains my friends could dog them out big time. They guys could go to the clubs and strike out and then on the way home stop at the older woman's house and do her. Worse, sometimes they would score at the club and still go and do the older woman. They were always making jokes and laughing about it, too. Some were using the older women just to support them. All in all, it was pretty pathetic. | |
