It really doesn't matter much to me whether she's a virgin or not. I'd be more concerned about her attitude towards love, sex, ect.

its not that sex isnt a natural desire for us, it just that some people simply dont attract girls when they are young for more reasons than i can count, and just because YOU managed that doesnt mean it comes naturally to everyone, i'm not a virgin by choice and tbh couldnt care less, if someone came along that liked me i'd be open to a relationship and wouldnt be scared of sex or anything, its just that the older we get the less desirable sex is, maybe a girlfriend would re ignite my passion, i dunno, but there is NOTHING wrong with me
In addition, lack of interest from the opposite sex makes you, as a person feel less desirable with age and if you feel unnattractive, even if you arent that doesnt help one bit
And how the hell can a 40 year old woman be so nieve, this is a daily occurrence on these forums and an almost common thing amongst males and some females, just because its ten times easier for a female to find sex than a male | |

I wouldn't want to date a guy with negative "issues" that lead him to be a VIRGIN at this stage of the game. But if he's serious about NO SEX, then I seriously doubt we would have sex and ruin his track record what's the big deal??? It is possible and acceptable to simply DATE without sex. The words are not synoymous.
However I also would not date a SLUTTY man who jumps at the chance to screw everything he can get his hands on. That's just gross and I don't want any of that touchin me!!
He has to show some good sense, discretion and caution. | |

I'm a 40+ virgin, too; male and age 48 in my case. It wasn't a matter of will power, just lack of interest; I'd date, sometimes find people I liked to talk to and spend time with and do things with, but that never translated into wanting to get more physical than that with anyone. I'm not "saving myself for marriage"; I just never bothered doing what it takes to not be a virgin. | |
