2. it is a great continuation of the love making from the night before
3. it is a wonderful way to start the day
4. its a way to be spontaneous
5. its a good way to stimulate your appetite for a hearty breakfast

Believe it or not, in the morning, your cortisol levels are particularly high. Highest around 7AM on average, even. This is typically a stress induced hormone. Now I've never seen any articles on this, but I hypothesize that the sex acts like a fire/stress extinguisher by overwhelming your system with decidedly non-stress hormones. Basically, you wake up ornery, get hot, and then relaaaaax. | |

Well I could have been even more graphic and described how difficult it is to do a stealth attack and straddle your man when he insists on sleeping on the edge of the bed rather than the middle, leaving only a three inch strip of mattress on the one side to rest ones knee and leg. ( I never could understand why my guy always sleeps on the edge of the bed rather than the middle, since we cuddle all night we could make due with a twin.) The lady risks falling off the edge of the mattress onto the floor and what started out as a great idea ends up requiring skills of a gymnast able to master a balance beam .
