| Would you reject someone because of something in their profile? Posted: 9/14/2009 2:08:59 PM | I have a tendency to pass over men with more than two pictures posted, who have fun or sexy in their screen name or something similar. I also tend to overlook men looking for dating, friends or hang out. I also overlook men who are divorced with children or who have children. I also overlook men who don't have a sustainable profession. I also overlook men who dont have sincere well thought out profiles or a lot of n/a's.
The challenge with online dating is that you do miss out on meeting a wonderful person based on these type of things, whereas in person, the barrier is down in advance. This process is more of a pre-screen where people sit back and are more choosy. I wish they would add video.
Good luck and much love to everyone!

You aren't picky? You don't have standards or know what qualities you would be most compatabile with? Believe it or not, the energy of the person comes through in their profile through their choice of words, etc. There are just some things that are red flags or at least a bright orange.

Then i read the profile, If it has a long list of wants and the "wont settle" or "im happy alone unless i meet the perfect guy" then i move on.. You just know there would never be the perfect guy for them . Same way that if we guys would look for the perfect woman we wont meet her as well. It would be nice to meet a good woman, Even if she is not perfect.
