I've been trying to answer this question since you posted on 9/24 but everytime I get logged in and start typing she comes back from the bathroom ready for more! 
Seriously, I still enjoy the occasional all-nighter (10 pm to 10 am) and am in my early - well, quickly getting to mid-forties. How in the world does this happen you ask?
1) first and foremost, it only happens when I'm in really good physical condition;
2) only when I've planned for it, which allows me to look forward to it, charging up the desire for all the different things we will do together (we're not talking about all-night missionary here);
3) when external stress levels are low;
4) when I'm already well-rested;
5) when I've stocked up on fruit, iced tea, vitamin water, water, and other easy-to-process sources of electrolytes and simple carbs (not to mention towels, condoms, etc.);
6) when I've pre-loaded on oysters (it's the best natural source of zinc) and a good meal; and
7) every two hours or so during the night I take 2 grams of L-Arginine, an amino acid which helps both vascular dilation and muscle recovery, greatly enhancing performance (another 20 mg or so of zinc doesn't hurt either). By the way, when I was researching L-Arginine I read that it feeds the herpes virus, so if you have herpes I would recommend against taking L-Arginine. I've been fortunate enough to not contract herpes, so I take it all the time.
Are there some "down times"? Of course. 20 minutes of light sleeping between laps around the track but with plenty of cuddling, caressing, and the ecstasy of noticing that your breathing and pulses are still in synch . . . and that she's ready to go again when I start up the foreplay again.

I am not sure what I could do today but in my younger days I was splitting up with a woman and the day before she was going to leave she said I had to get her off nine times because we averaged about three times a day and she figured it would take her three days to get over me.
Between the odd snack in bed, pee break and rehydration we played around for about eight hours. I apologized about not giving her the nine that she wanted, I only managed eight for her. She said no, I missed one when I had my head under the covers. Too bad we had bad timing with each other, she was lot of fun.
Had a friend that said a woman could outlast a guy, I tried to prove her wrong. Somewhere about 8-10 hours, had to air out the house after that one. | |

I really can't see the body enduring that much sex for 18-24 hours non stop without serious injury. I consider myself to be in pretty good shape and I have quite a bit of stamina and I'm pretty sure I can't do push ups or plyometrics for 18 hours straight so any man that says they can have sex that long must be on some serious steroids, or should be heading to the next olympics. If people are going to comment, they should at least make it somewhat convincing. Out of all the men and women surveyed the best time for actual sex was around 10-15 minutes from what I read so there are some fishy statements here. | |

Out of all the men and women surveyed the best time for actual sex was around 10-15 minutes from what I read so there are some fishy statements here.
What is sex to you? Do you have to be bucking like a horse to be doing it. I went down on a woman for over an hour once (occasionally looked up at how she was doing and noticed the clock). There are times you take it nice and slow, no hurry to get anywhere. Changing positions and who does the rocking also gives you more time to play. The body has a lot of different areas that can be played with at different times. Also no one said you can not take a break so you can start all over again. | |

 Great answer, love it!! I think it is true that a woman can get sore after so much of sexual intercourse, however with breaks and foreplay inbetween, it can be fun from time to time.
All night love making can start on a lazy Sunday perhaps as you wake up and lay around in bed together. It can start off with massages and lots of foreplay that leads into sexual intercourse with a lunch break or a dinner break perhaps, lol. Then you can take it to the shower or a nice relaxing, steamy bath. Gosh, it could just go on and on and on.... it doesn't have to mean you limit yourself to the bed.
This is possible and if you have a partner that you can't get enough of, it is very realistic.

Sex encompasses more than just intercourse. It's any type of carnal knowledge one shares with another. If I can cum from it... It's sex. Masturbation is sex. And yes, performing marathon sex makes you sore. I usually only have long sexual encounters when I'm with a new partner, after a long dry spell. | |

We'd start around 4 PM and still be going when the sun came up the next morning. Grab breakfast, and go some more! I never have been in so many posititons in one night than that night. Here's the real kicker! I'm a heart patient with a quadruple by-pass and followed up with a pacemaker/ defibrillator implant. After that it told on us everytime we had some fun. When I went in for my first pacemaker interrogation, it told on us! I came close to getting shocked several times, and it showed we made love 43 times in 30 days! We did too. We loved it so much sometimes she walked funny, lol. Hey even I got sore a few times.
Last month with my recent girlfriend, we broke up two days ago and agreed to be just friends and see other people now. We were being intimate when I got hit full power by my defibrillator right before a climax. Ruined that one! Got an ambulance as I was in V-tack. Got to the ER and went Code Blue. We didn't make any attempt to be intimate for several weeks because I was scared of getting shocked again. When we finally did get intimate, my pacemaker came on, pulled me out of V-tack again without a shock.
I had congestive heart failure due to a lot of fluid retention we are still fighting. I'm being told now, I don't have much longer to live due to complications the edema and sleep apnea is causing despite medications at maximum doses and way below diet restrictions. At least it was beautiful while it lasted. They said I'll go to sleep one night and I won't wake up. Could happen any time now. So, with that, I say good bye folks. Savor every sweet moment you have to live. I'm only 50 years old. May you have many hours of sweet incredible lovemaking with that special someone you just can't keep your hands off of like I had with her. Meanwhile, I'm sittin here writing this listening to Kid Rock sing God only knows why. I can relate. | |
