I think I am a natural size 16, but eat very carefully to remain size 10. Not to attract the opposite sex, but to feel comfortable in this day and age.
It would be wonderful to be able to just eat what I want and for this to be the norm. I don't know what others think, But these two were considered to be all woman.

Plus I was crap at school but good with computers, so lucky for me, they became very popular in offices at this point, I fell into a great job using them and haven't looked back since!

| Were you born in the wrong era? Posted: 9/28/2008 6:30:24 AM | I love the past and various points in history. Early 19th century Europe, bohemian Paris, I love reading about how people use to get together for salon's and intellectuals and artists ran around together. I use to be obsessed with Diagalev's Ballet Russe which traveled Europe and the US from the early 1900's to late 1920's or so.
Then I tried to picture myself back then and wondered how terrible would racism have been? Would I have been able to have the intellectual conversations I wanted or would I have been dismissed as obviously lacking in intelligence simply due to gender and race?
I use to think colonial America might have been an interesting period to see but then I learned about the first African-American female poet published in the Americas. It was roughly around that same time and for years people refused to believe she had written the verse bcause obviously she would not have the intellectual capacity.
So that kind of love of history and desire to be a participant is tainted in a way...
