One thing I am still wondering. Was he once colour blind but later recovered from it? Or was he colour blind for his whole life???

He is such an adorable and respectable man!

Hollywood won't see the likes of Newman anytime soon. Not just a great Hollywood actor, but also a great American personality.

We're going to miss him.

"Everyone seems to have glossed over the real issue, which is *death*."

Well, no, this is a place to say 'hell yes Paul was a damn fine fellow'. (Ask the widow).

"People are just so afraid to talk about this subject.
So they concentrate their ruminations on what the character accomplished while
alive, but the truth of the matter is that he is no longer among the living."

In memory he is still among us.

Is there another forum for your subject? I would like to discuss it!

Paul Newman was a class act. I can't say that I have seen a bad picture he made.
Movies like Cool Hand Luke, The Sting, The Verdict, Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid were some of my favorites. He was just a tremendous actor and a really good humanitarium. You can catch him on Turner Classic Movies if you're a fan.

I could list plenty more but I'd be here all day. Just a great man. Too bad he suffered in the end, he didn't deserve it.
