And two; in my experience with giving men back rubs...I get really turned on by it. I get to touch them and be near and it can almost be(and is often) a game of anticipation. Touching everywhere except the "hot zones." Unless...it goes that direction. Even if it doesn't, it's still a pleasureable thing. It's a very kinesthetic experience. All about the feeling and touch. Plus, I may just be weird but I find when a man sits between my thighs with his warm back against my crotch...it's just a good time.
I'm assuming some of those reasons are the same for men. And what everyone else said.  | |

A girl is not going to take her shirt off and let you put your grubby mitts all over her precious body unless she's somewhat comfortable. Most of the time, after a nice back rub, women are very gracious and are inclined towards more physical acts. Who is to say why? Not me.   | |

Posted: 9/27/2008 11:58:22 AM | For a school project I went into chat rooms as a woman. Among other things I had men either offer back rubs, foot rubs, full body massages, and/or hours of oral "without any need for reciprocation."
IMO some men use it as a way to 'pay' to be accepted and validated by women. If anything more occurs then it is by her choice, and her desire, therefore the guy feels...well...virile, manly, and desired by a woman. If nothing more occurs then he still got to touch and be close to a woman.
IMO it's the same principle or concept as giving away free cheese at the supermarket. The person hopes the other likes it so much, they will 'buy' the whole package.
So

And of course you can't do a decent backrub with all those clothing accessories in the way. We can't think of an easier way to get women out of their clothes. It typically starts off innocently enough, but unless the man is dead from the waist down, it leads to stiffness elsewhere. And the woman, unless also dead from the waste down, typically responds. In my case I really do like giving a women a back-rub because it makes me feel content and relaxed. She will notice that in my touch. It does'nt have to lead to sex but it usually does. Women like a man who knows how to use their hands. In many ways the ability to give a good backrub may be an indicator to women if you are a good lover or not. Heck, you mean us guys were really being secretly tested? Damn, you women are smart! | |
